The Mouse Report is always a special moment in our service, and this week we were excited to welcome a new face. Miss Paula shared a meaningful message about the importance of supporting one another, especially during difficult times. She reminded us that standing alone is often much harder than standing together. We saw a beautiful demonstration of this as the children leaned on one another during the service.
As we approach the season of Lent, our Children’s Ministry is excited to offer an at-home Family Lenten Devotional designed to help families grow closer to God together. Lent is a meaningful time to slow down, pray, and reflect, and our hope is that families will set aside a few moments each day to walk the Lenten journey side by side.
This shared experience will conclude with a special Family Night at church on Good Friday, bringing our devotional time together in worship and community.
Lenten Devotional Kits will be available on Sunday, February 8 and Sunday, February 15.
We also invite you to join us for worship on Sunday, February 1 at the 10:00 a.m. service, when our Children’s Choir will bless us with their sweet voices.
We are always looking for individuals who love children and feel called to serve. If you feel a tug on your heart to volunteer, please contact Paula Dugan at paula.dugan@pittsfordpress.org or call the church office at 585-586-5688.
